Who Am I?
Hello! My name is Dr. Estrel. I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio where I attended Sylvania Northview Highschool. While in high school I was fortunate enough to play for a two-time high school state championship hockey team. I also attended the University of Toledo where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Following graduation from the University of Toledo, I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. I graduated and earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in September 2022.
What’s unique about me?
I enjoy and cherish time with my family, friends, and girlfriend Rachel. I also have three pets (two dogs and one cat) that I love more than anything. I enjoy playing hockey and golf. Other hobbies include hunting, classic cars, and Ohio State Buckeye football.
Why Chiropractic?
When I was young my mother worked for a chiropractic office where I was exposed and intrigued by chiropractic at a very young age. I have been fortunate to have never had a serious sports injury or any injury for that matter and I hold chiropractic care to be the reason for my good health. I love chiropractic because it is one of the only professions that helps the patient get well by only using their hands.
What are my chiropractic beliefs?
I personally believe everyone can benefit from chiropractic care in some way or another. I believe in a functional wellness chiropractic model in which we get a patient well through chiropractic adjustments, nutrition, therapy/massage, rehab, and ergonomic training. I believe in educating the patient throughout care about the importance of wellness care that is long past the reduction of pain symptoms. My goal is to have the patient leave the office feeling better than ever while also learning something new about their body and health every visit.
I am extremely grateful, honored, and excited to practice Chiropractic at Leaf Chiropractic & Wellness Center and have the opportunity to serve the people of Delaware, OH!
